Good Agricultural Practices

This handbook has been prepared by the Working Group on Agriculture of the FAO Regional Office for Latin America and the Caribbean. The objective of this paper is to disseminate the basic concepts of Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), to focus on production systems towards a sustainable and environmentally safe agriculture.
